Return Conditions
We apply a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Under European Union law, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason (“right of withdrawal”).
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, undamaged, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

Return Costs
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect – return shipping costs are covered by the seller.
- If you return an item due to a change of mind or other reason (the item is fine but no longer suitable) – return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Hygiene, beauty, and cosmetic products if the packaging has been opened
- Food, flowers, or other perishable goods
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards and sale items
Refunds
Once your return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
