DIRECTIONS:
Body scrub: Rub the body scrub into damp skin using circular motions and rinse with water. We recommend using the scrub once or twice a week.
Body oil: Rub the oil into dry or damp skin and massage in evenly. To reduce tension, apply the oil to your temples and the area around your nose.
